“We loved our stay! We were a group of 8 adults and 4 children and we found the place perfectly spacious for the group. Nearby hikes were amazing, stargazing was beautiful, and the movie room was a hit for everyone. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with all the utensils you could possibly need to cook. We cooked family meals every night for a week and were never missing any items. Would recommend for anyone considering a stay in the region!”

“We had a fantastic stay! The house is incredibly well-equipped and perfect for hosting a group of friends and family. The ski-in/ski-out access is a game changer, and unlike many other slopeside spots, being able to drive right up was a huge plus. The walk to the front door was a bit of a snowy adventure (huge snowfall before we arrived), but it was well worth it for the incredible views that really made the place stand out. We also loved the projector setup for movie nights! The host was super responsive and made everything easy. Highly recommend!”

“Fantastic location and beautiful chalet. So easy and quick to get to ski lifts and back to the chalet. Our 3 families especially appreciated the spacious rooms and the huge kitchen that was so well stocked! The cubbies in the mudroom kept all our boots organized, the furnace room dried all our ski gear…everything was absolutely perfect. The host was so quick to respond and was very accommodating. We’re looking forward to coming back next year!”

“We chose this beautiful log chalet on Mount Washington because it had room for our extended family for a wedding at Raven Lodge. Clean and comfortable with a kitchen stocked with absolutely everything. Perfect for hosting a large group: a vaulted great room on the main level with a 10-seat dining table at one end next to doors that open onto a massive, mountain-view deck, plus a second large tv room downstairs. Five bedrooms and endless hot water. Check-in and -out went seamlessly. Awesome neighbours even came out and cheered for our daughter as she left for Raven Lodge in her wedding gown. Just a great all-around stay at Cozy Bear Retreat! (And yes, we saw a bear!)”
