What To Know Before Your Stay
Pre-Arrival: Once you book, you'll receive a confirmation email from AirBnB with all the key details, and our contact information. We’ll reach out again approximately 10 Days before with your arrival information and everything you need to prepare for your stay. Please let us know any special requests that you may have.
Check-In: Check-in is keyless. You will receive your unique access information on the morning of your arrival.
Check-Out: You will receive your departure information the day before check-out. We ask guests to run the dishwasher, bring garbage and recycling to the mudroom, start a load of towels if they have time, and turn the heat back down to 13°C before leaving.

WiFi Access
Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi throughout your stay. Feel free to stream movies, plan your adventures, or check emails. You’ll find the Wi-Fi network and password included with your guest arrival information and also available at the property.

Parking
The chalet includes free parking, and can accommodate up to four vehicles. Please note that access to the chalet requires a short uphill walk from the parking area. In the winter months, snow and ice can make this section slippery at times. Guests with mobility issues, young children or heavy luggage should be aware before booking and plan accordingly.

Essentials Provided
Thoughtful essentials provided include, a well stocked kitchen with coffee, hot chocolate, tea, sugar, olive oil and spices. As well as, shampoo, conditioner and body wash for your convenience.

Check-in is after 4:00 PM onwards, and check-out is before 11:00 AM. If you need flexibility with your times, feel free to reach out to us directly, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Yes! Free parking is included. IMPORTANT ACCESS INFORMATION:
Access to the chalet requires a short uphill walk from the parking area. In the winter months, snow and ice can make this section slippery at times.

The cabin is fully equipped with modern amenities including a full kitchen with dishwasher, TV, Media room with projector and a cozy fireplace. There are 3 full bathrooms, Wi-Fi, premium linens and towels. Extra pillows and blankets. BBQ grill, washer, dryer, Including secure ski gear storage. We also provide board games and a sound system for your enjoyment.

Yes! We offer high-speed Wi-Fi for your convenience. While the cabin is tucked away in nature, most mobile networks have decent reception here. However, please note that service can be spotty in some areas of the mountain.

“We had a fantastic stay! The house is incredibly well-equipped and perfect for hosting a group of friends and family. The ski-in/ski-out access is a game changer, and unlike many other slopeside spots, being able to drive right up was a huge plus. The walk to the front door was a bit of a snowy adventure (huge snowfall before we arrived), but it was well worth it for the incredible views that really made the place stand out. We also loved the projector setup for movie nights! The host was super responsive and made everything easy. Highly recommend!”
